On October 7th, Julia had the honour to deliver a Keynote speech for the eParticipation Workshop at the United Nations Global eGovernment Forum 2014 organised in Kazakhstan. Julia chose to give a historical overview of eParticipation, from the World's first eVoting trials to the current socio-political unrest with ISIS.
The presentation was very well received by an audience of UN representatives and public/private sector leaders, being described as 'visionary', 'impressive' and 'thought provoking'!
