21c Gives Keynote at Vilnius Ministerial Conference

Julia had the honour of sharing the stage with the Prime Minister of Lithuania at this year's High Level Conference on E-government Issues: „Where We Are, Where Are We Going“, organized in the context of the Lithuanian Presidency of the EU.

The only private sector speaker on stage, she delivered a keynote address on the future of eGovernment before government representatives and EU policymakers from across Europe. Focusing on the importance of mobile apps and geo-location in improving public service delivery, Julia urged eGovernment leaders to innovate and experiment. 'Sometimes all it takes to drive powerful change is a big vision and willingness to take a risk,' she argued.
