Julia gave a keynote speech at the 2013 edition of the ITAPA International Congress - Putting IT Together. In a session exploring the emerging world of Smart Transport, Julia discussed how the new EU-funded Open Transport Network project will combine GIS & Open Data to improve transport related public services. She also presented how the soon to be launched ECIM project will use open transport data from the public & private sector to enable joined-up urban travel.
