On Tuesday 14 June 2016 21c team had the privilege to participate in #HackonslesBouchons conference organised by OTN partner Issy Media. The event kicked off with a round of presentations on (Big) Data and its application in traffic management. Among the presenters was Aneta Rapacz who introduced the project in front of a packed audience and explained OTN’s main tools and apps. OTN also had a stand that was manned throughout the event. Lots of participants stopped by to look at the video, take a brochure, ask questions about maps and visualisations and initiate dialogue on future cooperation. The city of Brussels showed interest in such a dialogue, as did some private companies who were particularly impressed by the platform and WebGLayer.
