Julia Provides Expert Advice on the 2016 UN eGovernment Survey


E-Government for Sustainable Development”, organized by the Division for Public Administration and Development Management (DPADM), Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) at the United Nations Headquarters in New York from 16 to 17 March 2015. The United Nations global e-government survey presents a systematic assessment of the use and potential of information and communication technologies to transform the public sector by enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, accountability, access to public services and citizen participation in the 193 Member States of the United Nations. The main objective of the meeting is to discuss and review emerging issues and trends in the area of e-government for sustainable development as well as to review the Survey’s methodology and contribute to the questionnaire used for the Online Service Index.
