On the 12th of October 2011 at the City Hall of Issy-les-Moulineaux Julia joins a jury of internet specialists to judge nine finalists in the race for the e-Democracy Awards 2011. The finalists were selected by the American (PoliticsOnline), European (Fondation EurActiv Politech) and French (Blog Territorial) partners of the Awards and will compete in the respective three categories: International, European and French.
